Ireland has established itself as a business hub, acting as a vital link between Europe and America. Key American companies such as Google, Apple and Meta have headquarters here. This has helped the Irish economy and has seen an increase for a demand of jobs in key sectors.
Being a small country, Ireland does not have the population to fill these roles. The work permit permissions are not only limited to tech or IT workers but allows for a wide array of roles that have been created and are in demand at present.
Ireland also allows permissions for the self employed and entrepreneurs, in an attempt to foster and encourage the ambition it takes to grow a successful business, that same ambition that created what the Wild Geese stood for.
